LGB 2090 DB Switcher
Made from 1977-85. Two axle (B), BR 239 "Kof" diesel hydraulic German "DB" switcher locomotive. Rectangular engine hood, rear mounted cab, red spoked drive wheels with side rods. Similar to the locomotives in service for many municipal railways and the North Germany Island railway, the Nassau narrow gauge railway and the Zillertal railway. Has three non-working head lights and three non-working taillights. Replaced by 2090N in 1983. Also sold with 20803 set.
Length: 240 mm
A series: 1977. Unpainted green body, red chassis, smooth light gray roof. Depicted in 1977-78 catalog, but never produced in this form.
B series: 1978-79. Unpainted red body with black cab plaques heat stamped "D10" above "2090". Lacked black running boards and engineer found in later versions. First production model.
C series: 1978-79. Same as B, but with rain gutters at roof edges and white dimension markings on cab doors.
D series: 1978-79. Same as B, but with engineer in cab.
E series: 1980-83. Same as D, but with red painted body and light or dark gray chassis.
F. 1980-83. Same as E, but with black painted chassis.
